Tap at ZCBW. Misty ochre body, white head. Citric tart aloma. Perfumey spicy citric taste, soft and quite nice, light ginger perhaps, noted anise, but might be ginger instead or a mix of the flavors wreaking havoc on my perception. Still, this is very much a tasty wit, glad to have tried it!

Keg at the Mulberry Tree, Twickenham, 06/11/15. Hazed golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is spice, herbal qualities, tropical fruit jam, tangerine, peach melba. Taste comprises straw, faint menthol, apricot jam, spice, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with peppery spice. Decent tropical fruit laden wit.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Cloudy yellow with a thin bubbly head. Has a dirty citric aroma that’s not too pleasant. A touch sour in its taste both the lemon and ginger are here, but are not the greatest of fusions.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 26th July 2015. Cloudy yellow with diminishing white foam and pattern lacing. Yeasty and sharply citric aroma with lemon and spices. Very fruity with citrus and berries in-mouth. A sour lactic note that gains presence with each sip. A short-lived finish of lemon and berries with sourness on the tongue. Medium-bodied with a slightly oily, clingy mouthfeel.

On tap at Craft Covent Garden. Ginger and lemongrass aroma. It’s just a bit too full on . Ok but making something bigger and more doesn’t make it better. Soap Hmmmm.

Tap at Friends of Ham. I had this down as a wheat beer until I read the commercial description. Which makes sense. My first by this brewery, I’d be more than happy to try their other offerings.
