thanks to Fergus for sharing this one at the London tasting, October 2016. A well hopped lager. 4.4 I believe. Clear, gold color. Some lacing head. not especially well hopped, dry malt and dry, grassy hop flavor. It is good, for what it is.

Craft Islington Gathering. Can thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, dry and has decent carbonation. Slightly grainy malts, dry floralness. Mild fruits. Little apple lurks underneath. Dry finish. Awkward.

Can at the JK ldn tasting. It pours hazy dirty blonde with a medium+ white cap. The aroma is fresh, white bread, green grass, mellow sweetness and cracker. The taste is refreshingly dry, decent bitterness, white bread, grassy, floral, straw and some underlying sweetness with a drying finish. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Rather refreshing cleanser mid-tasting. Good for the style.

330ml can @ Blind Tiger, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy amber, large white head. Aroma is smooth limey lemon. Taste continues with good hoppy cascade flavours and additional lemon, lime and passionfruit. Like Fin says, this comes across more like a smooth hoppy pale than a lager. Very American hop-focussed. Good stuff.

Can picked up at Cotteridge Wines, Cotteridge, Birmingham Saturday 5th March 2016 consumed at home Sunday 6th March 2016 Pours hazy murky dark gold light amber with a filmy white head. A little sweet, it’s hoppy but doesn’t strike me as so very lager like, that said it is another damn good beer. Pushy hoppiness throughout Cascade and Centennial showing, this tastes like a very good amber, I genuinely wish I could get a bit more lager malts showing, I like the steely flintiness of those, but I like it regardless. Hoppy burps aplenty. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.6
