Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head - immaculate. Lovely snout, with juicy Southern Hemisphere fruit, cat kiss, tangerine, lemon pith. Lightly sweet with more juicy citrus character, pithy notes, mild rindy bitterness, supporting pale bread sweetness. Light bodied with delicate carboantion; great condition. Finishes with a whisper of resin, more kitty pee, grapefruit, lemon pith, pale bread. Wow, this stuff is outstanding. A great beer in great nick.
