This installment in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Stillings Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of earthy white grape and lemongrass on the nose. The palate balances delicate flavors of grapefruit zest, ripe kiwi, lychee and mango with touch of peppery spice on the finish. Stillings Street features the crisp malt character, soft, effervescent mouthfeel and clean finish of our Signature IPA series.

Can shared in Canary Wharf - huge thanks to Wingman for this one. Pours unclear orange with a white cream cap. Moderately dank in the snout, with notes of peach, melon and tangerine. Medium sweet flavour, with more melon, low bitterness, supportive pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Bright citrus fruits in the finish, with more restrained rindy bitterness, tangerine. Exceptional.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver, can
Cloudy pale blond color. Pungent aroma, it's dank and citrusy. Medium body strength, I'd like less yeast and oats dirt, the hop is resiny and zesty.
Very good.

Can at L42 - big thanks to Willis! It pours crazy cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, mellow, creamy, minerals, nectarine, plum, celery and cucumber. The taste is dry, soft, bitter - sweet, green, grassy, cucumber, green melon, pine dust, bready, oiliness and spring onion with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. The green hop vibe manifest itself as cucumber and onion, which I am not sure works. Decent enough, but sub - par from these guys.

Tall can at Brian's office. Canned on 2017-09-23. Pours a hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma first is not very pleasant with some farts (sorry), very dank and grassy. Taste is quite similar, slightly better, though. An ok.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely tangy hoppiness, some light citrus and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is very fresh, with piney hops, some tanginess and dry biscuity malt. Bone dry, but hugely thirst-quenching. Great stuff.

Cloudy. Pale. It's fairly yeasty. It's got some sauvin, like nice floral fruitiness, and the earthy, bitter columbus, too. Bitter, soft malts, bit yeasty. This isn't as bright as I might like - I like the yeastiness actually overpowers the delicate sauvin.

On tap at a Churchkey event, pours a chalky yellow with some lacing, white head. Nose has grass, flower pollen, melon, orange, perfume. Flavor is better, lime, perfume, orange blossom light honey suckle, grist / flour, orange juice. Finishes chalky. Good, not great.
