A low-ABV, heavily hopped Rye Pale Ale. Drei is German for three and the number of new world hop varieties used in this seriously hoppy (dry hopped of course) beer. Despite its low ABV it is a highly quaffable session pale ale as the addition of rye gives it depth and body.

Keighley & Worth Valley Beer Festival 2017. Golden-blonde in colour. It’s a weak tasting hoppy ale, and what taste it does have is not that tasty.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Paul. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds dry pale grains, hay, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with some grass, smoke, minerals. Light bodied with active carbonation. Very bitter in the finish, more grass and drying minerals, some chlorophenols, plastic. Not the best.

Bottle shared at LKS. It pours hazy pale orange with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, stewed orange, nectarine, spicy, cracker, tangerine and bright action. The taste is crisp, dry, spicy, pithy, zesty, earthy, cracker, soapy, minerals, grass, raw hop, straw and resin with a drying finish. Light body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit raw, but not bad at all. Decent low abv number.
