Keg at Brewdog Shep’s bush. Catch up rate. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is nice Brett funk, spicy citrus rind, hint of musty, tangy lemon. Decent Brett character on the nose. Flavour is composed of clean base grains, slight bready grain, tangy lemon, back of the throat, subdued Brett funk, lemon cif. Biting back of the throat bitterness. Maybe a little bit of a clash. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, semi drying in the finish. Lingering back of the throat bitterness.

Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch. Pours cloudy gold with a creamy white head. Pleasant funky brett in the nose, some tangerine, wood, pine. Medium sweet flavor with punchy brett character, plenty of poo, farmyard hay, ripe citrus. Medium to full bodied with with to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with more poo, tangerine, barn yard, hay. Nice beer overall.

Orgasmic. Blend Orval with Cloudwater Dipa and you get this! I am in love. Perfection

Tap at De Wildeman, 19th November 15. Pours with a big head. Aroma is Brett, some hops, slight caramel. Taste is lots of piney hops, great dose of Brett, easy to drink and refreshing. Nice different DIPA

Bottle. Cotteridge. Hazy orange. Film of white. Big, cheesy, lemon hop. Vanilla ice cream malts. Pretty funky. Some fruity sourness. Taste is big, bitter and sour, in equal measure. Clean palate. Soft fizz. Finishes big, cheesy bitter. Big tang on the close. Good stuff.

330ml bottle from the Cheese & Wine Shop, Darlington. Orange amber colour, white foam head and aroma of tangerine, woody pine, funk. Taste is pine, funk, malt caramel, with tangy hop resiny citrus grapefruit bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart & bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy bronze body with a thin white head. Light lacing. Aroma of farmyard, pineapple, custard and lemon sherbet. Flavour of apple, grapefruit and melon. Very dry and bitter - not much sweetness to provide balance. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Lively fizz. Not quite as good as I’d hoped it would be, but a decent DIPA all the same, with no hint of the 8.4% ABV.

Bottle courtesy of Sarkynortherner. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is cheesy Brett, big woody hops and some alcohol. The flavour is strong bitter with big woody hop, resin alcohol, pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The hops won the battle with the Brett! A superb beer.

Hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Funky nose. Palate is light, semi dry and mildly crisp. Light malts, mildly sweet. Bitter brett, savoury too. Orange peel. Touches of fresh orange peach. Some farmyard before a dry and bitterish finish. Interesting if somewhat brett dominant.
