Lovely soft gold color with virtually no foam and a slightly tart sweet apple aroma. Quite dry with prickly carbonation. The taste isn’t so complex but it’s a nice clean wild cider.
Good stuff out of Australia.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpidissima, schiuma virtualmente assente. Al naso note di mela, frutta gialla, leggero solvente, stalla, cantina. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con leggera acidità e grande secchezza. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-bassa. Sidro eccezionale.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2019. Cloudy golden, almost no head. Apples, sweet, dry, musty, some moderate tartness. Light bodied.

Bottle. Cloudy straw, no head, moderate bead. Aroma of fresh and some cooked apples, flowers, slightly cheesy funk. A fair bit of body, moderate to lowish carbonation. Sweet apples at first, then dries out a lot towards an end where acid starts to sharpen. Pretty good, avoids the thinness of some dry ciders but perhaps at the slight cost to piecing apple flavours.

500ml bottle from Craft Beer Market. 2013 Vintage, Filled to Bottle 10Apr15, Bottle No. 0321. Pale yellow colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of apple & funk. Taste is apple, straw, slightly tart, vinegar hint, with musty barnyard funk and fruity sour notes. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry sourish finish. Nicely drinkable.
