Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is milk chocolate, fresh, a bit earthy. Taste is chocolate, earthy, very fresh, quite light, almost watery. Very drinkable

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy brown head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, nice roast. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sweet, caramel malts, nice roast, grains. Aftertaste: bitter finish, good roast, decent.

Borefts ‘19, day 2. Dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of chocolate, cocoa, caramel and coffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Draught @ Artezan, small creamy bubbly head, cloudy very dark brown color, aroma of chocolate, coffee, nuts, flavor of roasted coffee, peanuts, some grains, nuts and dark bread, light mellow bitterness, prickly carbonation. Nice and enjoyable.

Vi nærmer oss slutten på nok en fin Mi2 på Cardinal, som alltid stilsikkert ledet av seremonimester Melberg, og etter en serie surøl fra Cascade og Almanac går vi nå inn i siste innersving med 3 mørke skjønnheter ventende på oss. Først ut er denne - brunsvart med ok skum, elegant og lettdrikkelig med sjokolade, havrekjeks, og lys kaffe (og muligens et kledelig hint av røyk). Halvsøt avslutning.

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Black colour, huge tan head. Aroma of roast malts, coffee and dark chocolate. The flavour has a slight sweetness and a rounded mouthfeel from the oats, again with notes of roast malts, coffee and dark chocolate. Moderate hops.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 15.10.18. Almost ebony. Brown head. Aroma and taste of dark chocolate, tobacco, coffee, Bounty chocolate bar and a hint of herbs. Dry and a bit waterish mouthfeel.
