Bottle at Fugacidade. Jet black pour, almost no head. Nose is spirit-like booze, port and faint coffee. Taste is red wine, booze, low woody notes, faint coffee and earthy character. Closes with long sweet, sweet and boozy finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, drinks below the ABV. The base could be a bit stronger, but I dig the additions by the yeast and the barrel.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts harbour slightly tangy dark chocolate. Sometimes akin to lime peel with Port Wine berries. Spicy wood underneath. A light and tangy finish. Pretty drinkable for the abv and unusual with it.
