75cl Fles, dank Harmen! Donkerbruine kleur, beige kraag. Medium zoet, zuurtje, moutig, cacao, donker fruit, wat koffie en chocolade, meer zuur, zacht bittertje. Medium body. Zuurtje hoort er vast niet in, maar anders was dit ook een vrij saai bier.

Fles 75cl. Donkerbruin tot zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter en licht fruitig zuur, heel apart, zou er iets mis mee zijn? De chocolade en karamel die hier eigenlijk standaard aanwezig zou moeten zijn is nauwelijks te bespeuren. Heel jammer dit bier, niet geslaagd.

Bottle. Color: Black, tgin beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, mocha. Taste: Roasted malt, licorice, mocha, chocolate and light hints of vanilla.. Light to moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness. Smooth. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Bittery roasted malt finish. Ok.

Dark brown colour, medoum sized dense beige head; aroma of cocoa, caramel notes, some dried sour cherry and soy sauce; taste has the same notes with burnt notes; great imperial stout; many thanks for sharing kapusil!

Bottle at the 11th Brugge beer Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A very dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes roasty, malty, chocolate, caramel, slightly sweet. Pleasant Imperial Stout.

Bodney Towers bottle share. Thanks to Leighton. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin dark malts, good dark chocolate. Mild spice. Trace of vanilla. Light dry spicy finish. Decent without ever being in danger of being anything special
