Tap. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a medium creamy white head and good lacing. Aroma is wheat, lemon,banana. Flavor is light sweet, bit of black pepper, minimal bitterness other than a touch of lemon zest. Light body

Hazy golden yellow with a creamy white head. Light sweet fruit, banana, clove aroma. Flavor is similar with banana and a decent portion of the clove spice. A touch earthy. Very nice hefeweizen.

On tap at the brewpub in Vienna. Pours a hazy, straw yellow with some creamy, white head. Big nose, bubblegum, clove, cotton candy, some cold smoke. Flavor is bright, cotton candy, bubblegum, some chewy malt, clove. Spritzy, dry finish.

At the Brewpub. Cloudy pale gold beer, little white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with fine carbonation, Sweetish wheaty malt. Nice fresh bubblegum ester with a little banana also, Semi dry finish. Overall a smooth fresh beer.

draught at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow, creamy white head. Yeasty and wheaty, can’t detect the promised cascade hops - cant detect any hops at all, to be honest. Average (if) example of the style, nothing spectacular here.

Tap at 1516. It pours cloudy golden yellow with medium white head. The nose is wheat, peach, apricot, creamy, spice, dough, banana and a hint of chlorine. The taste is earth, wheat, orange, grassy bitterness, creamy, pithy, apricot, banana and dough with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate prickly carbonation. Good flavour and balance. Liked it.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry estery and banana. Dry, estery, fruity and mild bitter into a banana dry finish.

Tap @ Brewpub, Vienna. Day 1 RBESG 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy head. Sweet yeast, wheat,banana and bubblegum. Medium bodied.

RBESG 2012 - Day 1. Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with some banana notes. and a spicy touch of clove. Sweetish fruity flavour with spicy notes. Quite clean for a hefeweizen
