355ml can, as Worthy 'Lights Out' stout, from Tillamook creamery. Cracked open after a long 250mile drive up the Oregon coast to Ocean Park, Washington. Pours dark cola brown, small pale tan foam atop. Aroma of grainy chocolate. Taste has some pronounced liquorice, the vanilla not really jumping out at the time, attention given more to the malt, chocolate and coffee. It's fine, a little thin and liquoricey and not as balanced as I'd liked, but it was drunk.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking black color with a one to two finger white to off white lush playful looking level head. Light clingy lacing sticks nicely.
The smell starts with sweet creamy cocoa smooth and clean, and leading into a nice roasty coffee. Light black licorice slides in to balance. Vanilla is really subtle.
The taste was a nice sweet sticky cocoa running into the roasty coffee and light vanilla sweetness. There’s a light aftertaste of sweet cocoa with roasty coffee undertones. There’s a quick little sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light allowing the sweetness to be somewhat sticky on my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good milk/sweet stout that I would have again.
