Draft - Lots of lime peel and ginger. Clearish pale gold with a decent white head. Lime and ginger with a very light finish. Thirst quenching and light, but not particularly great.

On tap at the brewery Bermondsey. Hazy clear very pale yellow green colour almost like a perry colour. Lots of lime. Does it work as a beer? Hmm rather like a lime grisette. Its fine . Distinctive and distinctive flavours touch of soap. I am so cold. Ok .

Keg @ Indy-Man 2016. Pours a hazy pale yellow, thin white head. Aroma is floral, zesty, citrus. Taste is light, fresh with the promised lime and ginger present. Lightly earthy and dry.

Keg at the brewery. A light hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is perfume citrus, soapy lavender, Turkish delight, perfume. Flavour is composed of crisp zesty, straw grains, light saison yeast, soapy citrus. Palate is crisp, light, spritzy carbonation. A bit soapy for me.

Keg at Fourpure. It pours clear pale gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, floral, straw, white bread, cracker and lime zest. The taste is dry, clean, limey, light ginger spice, cracker, straw, earth, grass with a firmly dry finish. Light + body and moderate carbonation. Easy drinking low boost saison.
