On tap @ What’s Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark golden, with a tiny rocky head. Aroma is tart bretty fruity notes of white wine barrels, as well as currants and farmhouse notes. Medium body, with soft to no carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of berries, fruit peel and bretty wood, as well as farmhouse notes and earthy notes. Lingering fruity brett in the finish.

No head nice light golden color. Aroma is mild sour-ish, old rope, sorrel, sour socks, citrus, grass, minerals, unripe berries. Taste is mild sour-ish dry, sorrel, minerals, sour socks, citrus peel, bark, fruit stones, grass, hay, old rope. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.

Glass at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. Hazy orange with no head. Aroma of citrus, light funk, grape notes, damp and oak. Flavour is light sweet and moderate sour. Light to light medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Tap at WvdSG. Hazy dark golden with no head. Quite some grapes, soft minerals, funk, dust, dry cellar, fresh wood. Under medium sour with some bitterness. Under medium bodied with very light carbonation.

Fra fat på M2 Cardinal, skuddårsaften: abv er 5,7 iflg. opplysningene på fatet. Uklar gylden med kort skum. Mye og god aroma av stall, gjær, høy, blomster og sitronskall. Deilig og superfrisk surølsmak med lekker ettersmak preget av citron og rabarbra. Slank og meget lett å helle over drøvelen.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light golden with little off-white head. Aroma of horse stable, some sulfur, leather, fruits. Tastes sour with some sweetness. Thin bodied, dry mouth feel.

Bladder bag/box pour at the brewery, 21/11/15. Very light hazed on a golden yellow beer with no head. Nose is funk, light smokey straw, mellow citric rinds, musty wood, damp cloth, lemon rind. Taste comprises damp hay, wood must, grandads shed light, on the turn melon, lemon peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with sweet and sour conotations. Solid unblended affair.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 26.10.15. Hazy straw colour. Diminishing off-white head. No lacing. Aroma of barn, horseblanket and sourness. Sour lambik-taste, with hints of malt. Dry and cirsp, with a little residual sugar.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, as Oud Beersel Lambiek, the day after an Oud Beersel presentation. ABV is 5.6%. Deep golden colour, low white head, moderate to low carbonation. Lovely aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, farmhouse kitchen, white wine vinegar and oxidised sour apples. Dry and moderately tart brettanomyces flavour, medium sour.
