Tap at Pizza Paradiso Georgetown, pours a translucent brown, ring of white head. Lemon nose, soap, soggy bread, black tea. Flavor has black tea, some caramel, a lot of dried citrus rind. Pithy, bitter finish.

Can from Kelly and Paul, thanks again. Hazy light golden orange with a decent sized tightly bubbled frothy white head. Spicy rye and earthy grassy hops on the nose. More earthy grassy hop flavor with that tart spicy rye character and a hint of sweet bready malt. Medium to thin body moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty for a session IPA, not my favorite style, but the rye adds a nice kick to it.

Super hazy copper and light amber coloured body with a copper tint and a nice, two centimetre tall off-white head. When popping open the can, it exploded and left some beer on the table. Aroma of resin, hay, grass, alcohol, oatmeal, rye and way more bittering hops - a lot there in the nose. Light-bodied; Sharp pungent flavour of rubbing alcohol, rye, grain, toast, bitter hops, resin and a lot of earth - super pungent hops and a smooth texture on the back-end. Aftertaste shows the bitter hops along with the very earthy flavours, some of the light alcohol and toffee sweetness, but no body nor smooth flavours - this is up in the face, even with a hop straight flavour. Overall, a decent Light IPA that really shows off the rye and specialty grains with a bitter and very earthy flavour that doesn’t have any malt body, just the flavours of this malt (rye) and the bitter hops. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 02-July-2016 for US$2,25 sampled at home in Washington on 06-November-2016. My can clearly states 4,8% abv and at the bottom of the can shows: 03/29/16 and ’Merica listed.

Draught @ Albion. Murky dark orange with off-white foamy head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter taste with rye in the background and citrus peel flavor, thin body, longish medium bitter finish. The rye is more dominant than the hops.

Taster pour at Craft Beer Race New Haven. Appearance is hazy-to-cloudy light brown with finger width head with poor retention, nice lacing. Aroma is rye spiciness--borders on skunky--herbs. Taste is rye, herbs. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation, finish like taste. Overall, rye dominates, which isn’t a bad thing, but not much else.

12 oz. can purchased at 7 Eleven Kittery, ME. Appearance is hazy golden color, lasting head. Aroma is nice hints of rye, fresh grapefruit and lemon hoppy hints. Fresh

Flavor is just as fresh as the aroma. Grapefruit right upfront with the rye grain center. Spiciness from the rye shows with a mild bitterness. Moderate. The body is lighter to medium with a great crisp aftertaste. Very nice.
