Bottle: Poured a golden color gueuze with a nice large white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some light blossom notes and some floral undertones. Taste is a complex mix of blossom notes with some funky ester with some tart notes with limited amount of acidity. Body is about average with lively carbonation. I loved the mix of elderflower which don’t overpower the taste of the base gueuze but rather complement it well.

Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is diesel, floral elderflower citrus fruit. The flavour is light sour with a crisp fresh mineral yeasty floral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. Nose is very fragrant, with lots of elderflower, barnyard funk, and green pepper. Flavour is loaded with green peppers, moderate barnyard funk, and floral notes. Reminds me of Mamouche, with all the green peppers. It's fun, but not my favourite lambic.

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Bottled 2 years ago. States 6%. Clear gold. Lots of fast rising bubbles. Thin, long lived, sticky, white head. Nose is cheesy, funky, woody and earthy. Floral, bright, and lightly herbal. Taste is sugary sweet for about a second, turning apple skin tart, and softly acidic. Light body. Crisp carbonation. Tangy and lightly acidic finish. Not overly complex at the minute.

Bottle from Burg Bieren, bottled Sept 2015, 35 cl sample. Almost clear golden color, short frothy head. Smooth geuze aroma of slight lactic and a bit citric notes, funky and a smooth layer of blossomy elderflower. Perfectly blending with the base beer. Smooth sourness, bit citric sweetness even. Base beer doesnt have any sharp edges, but is wonderfully balanced and never going to the extreme. Great, could easily finish the whole bottle myself.

Sampled @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste sourness, tart, somewhat sharp imo. Nice though.

Very pleasant elderflower nose. Lemon, hay, dry soil, leather & barnyard. Sour, floral & tiny funky taste. Soft, dry & tart mouthfeel. Solid
