Bottle. Oh, this was good. Nice balance of hop and malt, slightlyfavoring malt. Slightly roasted, toast. Pretty caramel color.

Bottle shared with Chris in NYC. Pours faintly hazy gold with a light, white cream head. Nose is big, sugary malts, bread, some caramel. Big sweet flavor, just tons of sugary, bready malts, some light berries, very mild leaves. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very sweet finish, sticky and toasty sugars, thick bread. Very simplistic and sweet, but fine.

Bottle. Pours clear amber/gold with a large tan-orange head, nice lacing. Aroma or roasted malts, caramel and bread. Taste is strong roasted malt, significant alcohol notes in the middle, lightly bitter coming on in the middle and lingering to the finish.

This brew pours a slightly cloudy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and fruit. Light body with a syrupy sweet character and notes of malt, caramel and ripe fruits. The finish is malty with a short grassy hops aftertaste. Decent Bock overall.

Pours a beautifully clear copper color with an off-white head that disappates quickly and leaves a collar of miniscule bubbles. bread, sweet rolls and hay bale with slight roast on the finish of the nose. medium-thin mouthfeel. Great, bready warmth on the initial taste follows through with sweet grain and limited hops. A small spike of bitterness right at the end. A very enjoyable bock.

bottle - Pours dark amber and smells of rich caramel malt with a hint of dark fruit. Taste is similar and quite sweet. Some light hops keeps it from being overly sweet and it’s got a good, robust flavor. Really nice bock.

Clean hay with hints of fig. Dark amber, headless. Fig and honey with a piney finish, a bit of toffee at midpalate. These aren’t my favorite flavors, but they do complement each other very well. Good transition and balance. Well made. Alcohol is noticeable, but not overstated. This is a good bock.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a vivid orange-amber with a small orange-white head. The aroma was sweet, tangy, very malty and strongly vegetal. The flavor was strongly nutty, fruity and vegetal with a long finish. The mouthfeel was thick and rich. Well made, but not my style.
