Sample at Nona Tap Room. Pours a clear pale brown color with a medium thin light beige head that dissipates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, roasted nuts and mild hops. The finish is sweet with a short grainy malt aftertaste. Average overall.

Shaker pint draft at Tap42 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is a golden copper brown with a small light tan head. The aroma is sweet malt and a pleasant nuttiness. The taste is chestnut, grass floral hop, and an ever so light roast quality. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation, and a clean nut and grass finish. Simple, straight forward clean beer.

Adding this as a new beer since I could not find it elsewhere. A post to the Miami / Fort Lauderdale forum also yielded no guidance. I imagine this is a rebadge of another beer, though have no idea what it would be. No issues moving this rating if need be. Assuming Fresh Beer Inc since the Ye Olde Pub in Davie, Florida listed it as brewed in Fort Lauderdale on their menu.
Shaker pint pour at the Ye Olde Falcon Pub in Davie, Florida. Pour is a hazed copper brownish with a smallish light tan head. Aroma is nutty malt, along with a cherry sweetness and a touch of floral hops. Taste is nutty malty, less fruit sweetness than the nose, though it is present. Floral hops come out near the end, and carry the finish. Sweet nutty fruit sweetness comes out nicely as it warms. Nice full flavors. Palate is medium bodied, with soft low carbonation. Finish is the dry clean hop. Nice tasty, easy drinking beer.

Bottle @ FBGBF ’010. Pouring crystal clear ruby red amber with light tan head and spotty lacing. It is a good looking beer. The mild aroma is sweet with a touch of caramel, a little bit of toffee and maybe a hint of butterscotch and some nuttiness. The taste is modest starting with dry roastiness sliding into mild nuttiness and them becoming a bit roasty with malts and some caramel sweetness around the edges all mixing into the finish.

Draft @ FBGBF ’10. Pours amber, off-white head. aroma, roasted malts, dry malts, mild nose of caramel. flavors, nice roasted malts is a little hindered by the hoppy side that seems to be a little too high, med-high carb, simple roast/pale malts. Not a bad brown, just a tad boring.

Brown color. Some malt. Light palate. Not much here, drinkable enough, if nothing to enjoy. Its a brown ale, so I don’t expect much.

Somewhat bready earthy aroma with hints of cocoa and herbal hops. Very faint and vague vegetal note. Reddish orange color, big creamy head, with lots of effervescence. Weird spicy flavors, presumably hops but not familiarly so. Touches of cocoa and coffee. A little corny towards the finish, which perhaps explains the vegetal component in the nose. A bit on the thin side.

Bottle: Poured a brown with a creamy off white head. The aroma is malty wth some sweetness sorta similar to a chocolate. Taste is malty with some hop to it.

Bright chestnut. Slightly toasty nose. Palate is nice - some nutty notes, hints of cocoa and accents of chocolate. Fairly complex, rounded character with earthy hops.
