15 September 2024. At 16de Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & Jerre!
Stable, foamy, tan head. Intense fermenting peach, dried plum, malt vinegar, almond, brioche, carré confiture. Very sour cherry, peach, plum; frunky vinegar, almond & jam maltiness. Tart cherry, woody tannins and stone fruit pit. Soft carbonation. Amazing stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Vintage 2021-2022. Pours a cloudy, opaque, nutty brown with a small, rough, beige head. Plenty of acetic in the nose, paired with overripe fruit and balsamico. Medium body, lowish carbonation, noble rot, woody, balsamico. Quite sour and quite complex. It's all a matter of whether you can cope with the acetone. 250324
