Bottle shared on the train during the IoW Jolly of 2014. Pours cloudy amber-gold with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds dry smoke, bread, light meat and baked beans. Light to medium sweet flavor with lots of baked beans some fruity esters, light smoke, bread and bitter leaves. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Some more smoke and bread on the finish, with light toffee and lingering sugary baked beans. A little odd, but OK.

Thanks Kraddel. 500 ml. bottle tasted @ Rampkrot. BBF 07/2015. Deep amber, little head. Sweet malts, sugar, sweet herbs & candy nose, tad watery. Taste is smoked herbs, bacon wits, weird & watery, herbal, chemical fruit, plastic herbs, plastic smoke. Somewhat watery body. Label & name appear to be a selling point that is supposed to push a subpar product.

Bottle from Cornelius. Clear body with a thin off-white head. No visible carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of smoked pine, earth and caramel. Flavour of caramel, mushy red apple and peat. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. The smoke and juniper are too subtle to make much of an impact.
