Tap at Hallamshire House, Sheffield. Thick as a bag, chicken gravy colour! Thin, tight, white head. Aroma is slightly off, natural yoghurt. Taste is lactic sourness. Dry, sour finish.

Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours hazy yellow with a tight, lasting white cream crown. The nose has dry wheat and cereal. Light sweet flavor with minimal sourness, more cereal, dried wheat, mild salt. Light bodied with average to lively, massaging carbonation. Lightly tangy on the finish, mild lemon, salt, pale wheat, straw. Tasty but lacks kick.

Borefts Beer Festival 5. Day 1. Cloudy gold beer with a small white head. Light minerally crisp palate. Seltzer minerals. Light dry lemon sherbet, somewhat muted. Finishes very dry. Okay but too dry.

Keg at IMBC 2013. It pours haze gold with a small white head. The nose is cheesecake, creamy, grainy, barnyard and crackers. The taste is tart, lactic, grainy, cream cheese, lemon, white grape skin and tart gooseberry with a set, tart finish. Light body and prickly carbonation. Simple and refreshing. Decent.

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival, 2013. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Corn, tart fruit and wheat. Tart, dry and refreshing. You can’t get Berliner Weisse of this quality in Berlin.

Tap @ Borefts ’13. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small sized white head .Smells unfresh, urine and weird. Tastes sourish, fresh and slightly fruity (green apple mostly). Medium body and nice carbo. I’m glad it tastes better than I expected from the smell.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2013. Very hazy, light citrus with little head. Nose is lactic wheat, light, floral smell, spices, slightly tart, bit messy & slightly off. Taste is weak, slight sour wheat, floral, touch bitter spices, touch lacto, faint yoghurt, zest. Pretty, light hazy. Okay but not that impressive, I hopped for more.
