Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. Cloudy yellow. Filmy, white head. Very bready, and yeasty. Touch of spice. Bit of citrus pith. Taste is light sharp. Mineral dry. Soft, airy palate. Quite creamy. Finishes with a little zesty, pithy flourish. Super drinkable.

Keg at BBNo. It pours cloudy golden-orange with a decent white head. The nose is doughy, wheat, grainy, meatiness and citrus peel. The taste is crisp, tart, orange, lemon sherbet, good mouth-pucker, wheat and straw and hay with a dry finish.Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not a huge fan of the aroma, but it tastes rather great. Quaffable.

Keg at the brewery, 29/11/14. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is spice, bitter citric rinds, orange, herbal strokes, damp straw, lemon. Taste comprises grassy notes, dried apricot, light spice, tangerine, bitter orange, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy citric linger. Another flavoursome Wit from BBNO.

Hazy paleish gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has good fine carbonation. Mild seltzer. Good orange and lemon. Dry finish. Nice orange and lemon but it’s surrounded by a kinda dry nothingness. A bit disjointed.

Bottle at the brewery. Aroma is nice fresh wit yeast, orange rind and wheaty doughy grains. Translucent pale golden coloured pout with a halo of white head. Flavour is crisp doughy grains, nice sharp lemon citrus, nice balanced wit yeast character. Palate is crisp and doughy with a hint of citrus sharp. Very tasty.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours mostly clear yellow with a frothy, pure white head. The nose has some sharp hay, lemon rind, dry wheat, soft yeast. Light-medium sweet flavor with zippy, lightly tart lemon, some dry pale wheat, mellow bitter straw, subtle grapefruit, tart orange juice. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Crisp and clean on the finish, lightly zesty, with more tangy lemon, very mild bitterness, slight rind, pale wheat bread, light acidity. The tart lemon really cuts through the sweetness - for the most part - making this quite a quaffable affair. Lovely stuff.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange gold colour lasting thin white head. Orange touch of soap and wit yeast aroma. It’s orange fruit and then lemon on the finish. Some sour almost lactose finish. Pretty tasty. I like the orange element. Some sherbert hop. Rather tasty. I do like wits and this is a challenging one. The orange lemon sherbert finish is excellent makes you salivate.
