Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is passion fruit, lemon, citric acid, skins, sulphur. Flavor is quite tart, passionfruit notes, unripe peaches, fruit skins. Light body. Too tart to be pleasant

The aroma is sweet - sour, tart, tangy, tropical fruit character, passion fruit and kumquat, The taste is crisp, dry, crazy tart, bright, acidic, passion fruit, pineapple, white grape, picked onion monster much and lactic edge with a dry finish. A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma,, sweet fruity malt with loads of passion fruit, light fruity esters, nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity passion fruit, light acidity, light Brett,, very nice and beautiful. On tap at Lupulus.

Nothing like trying a Canadian Florida-style Berliner weisse in Berlin. It doesn't get more meta. Lots of passionfruit with citrus and some bread yeast. Tangy, and very acidic finish. Tap at Muted Horn.

Cloudy pale blond color. Wonderful aroma of passion fruit. Bone dry, with remarkable acidity, not much lactic acid, but a good amount of passion fruit. Very dry in the final.
The base beer is a bit agggressive, the fruit is wonderful.
