330ml bottle as "Santa Paws - Christmas Scotch Ale". Pours an deep dark ruby red/brown, clear, small beige head, nice retention and lacing. Aroma: malty, dark fruits, caramel, toffee, toasted malt, some spices. Taste: dark fruits, roasted malts, caramel, toffee, chocolate, spice, sweetish malts with a light hop bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Not an overly Christmassy beer really but nice nonetheless.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb, Croatia. As Santa Paws. Dark ruby red to brown, red tint, small off-white head. Roasty, caramel, gingerbread, barrel. Sweet and roasty. Medium body, medium carbonation, moderate lasting sweet finish with light spicy notes. No honey profile, otherwise nice for a light beer.

Creamy beige head stayed well on a near black still body. Rich fruity aroma. Great thick body feel on the palate, tickly on the back. Clean. Dark fruit, brown sugar, caramel, toffee, malty and long bitter finish.

Flaska från SB - Santa Paws. Smak och doft av karamell, choklad, rostade toner, mörk torkad frukt och med fin kryddighet. Lagom sötma, rund och len, fruktig, välbalanserad, fin beska.

(Bottle as ’Santa Paws.’) Clear brown ale, thick off-white head.Aroma of toasted malt and caramel. Flavour is earthy malt, some burnt toffee, a touch of spice. Clean crisp flavour but still a richness to it. Rather tasty.

As Santa Paws. 330ml bottle into schooner glass. More a mahogany brown than a mahogany red. Solid frothy cream-coloured head. Nose is mild milk chocolate. Smooth mouthfeel. Taste and finish are dark chocolate with a little smokiness. Sweet, inconsequential fun, easy-drinking.

Kirkas, tummanruskea olut ei juuri vaahtoa. Tuoksu varsin tuhdin maltainen, suklainen ja joululimppuinen sekä kahvinen. Kuitenkin erittäin pehmeä kokonaisuus. Maku jatkaa tuoksun linjoilla kahvisuuden korostuessa. Loppupuoleltaan kokonaisuus kuitenkin vesittyy hieman, eikä yllä aivan loistavan tuoksun tasolle. Kuitenkin erittäin laadukas maitokauppatuote.

BOTTLE 33 CL as Santa Paws. Clear dark ruby-brown, long lasting beige head. Moderate dark treacle and somewhat toasty bread aroma, hints of earthy hops. Similar taste, almost as clean as a dunkel. Mild spicy bitterness. Simple, but not bad.

Bottle, 4.5% as Brewdog Santa Paws. Mild malty aroma. Clear dark reddish red brown colour. Small tan head. OK malty aroma, turning watery after a bit. Spicy hoppiness in the finish. Roasted aftertaste, almost bitter as from roasted barley. Slightly dusty. Nice and pleasant, but not exactly powerful.
