Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour, large white head. Aroma is tart malted wheat, light lemon and some lactose. The pineapple is hard to find until the finish. The finish has a nice sweet pineapple nectar flavour. The sweetness mingles well with the tart wheat. Very clean and crisp, and easily crushable. Nice stuff.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle pineapple, citrus skins, and a little lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of pineapple, gentle citrus, and light lacto. Bright and crisp, with a champagne-like effervescence. Good stuff.

500 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with moderate head. Aromas of funky candied pineapple plus sulphur. Flavors of same without the sulphur. Quite pineapple-y. Easy to drink but heavy for a Berliner Weisse and the ABV

Pours a clean, light-yellow colour with a big frothy white head that stays quite long and leaves some decent foamy traces of lace. A nice fruity nose of pineapples adding some sweetness, taking over the sourness, but not too crazy. Just right. The sourness really comes out in the taste, but not really dry, more on the wet side. The pineapple juices are quite mild in the flavours. Still, not a bad mix of sweet fruitiness and sour notes.

Light, light blonde with vigorous carbonation and lots of dense white head. It's funk and fruit with this nose, mild vinegar, juicy sweetness and, well, pineapple. Taste is thin malt, this is a session after all, mild tart sour and not much in the way of pineapple, more apparent in the aftertaste. Full of flavour for a session, decent tartness, weaker fruit. Great for a hot day at the cottage, (which is where it's being consumed) but still liking NB raspberry more.
