Can like the pic I took up here. Pours a hazy light golden-yellow with a fizzy head that disappears quickly with no lacing. Smells like a blonde base beer at first, as the sourness is mild, but then it becomes stronger. Reminds me of coriander, as in green grass with a sour touch. The taste is a little sourness at first, but the finish is pretty quick and yeast tart lingers. Citrus notes as it looks like lemonade at last pour. Almost flat and all, not my thing.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, light hazy palish yellow color, aroma of mineral and straw with some fruitiness, fruity vinous flavor, vinegary sourness. Nice, just a bit simple.

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy yellow. Lactic, yogurt, a bit of pickled vegetables, tart, lemony, fruity, light-bodied. Good and refreshing.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice lemony malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet lemony malt with light mineral notes, light Epsom salts, very nice and pleasing. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2017.

Can. Lightly opaque pour with virtually no head and a not terribly appetizing aroma of toejam, yoghurt, and bready grapefruit. The taste is much better with the light crackery body giving you tangy grapefruit/citrus, an acidic lactic yoghurt edge and some pale malt notes. Refreshing. One of the rare beers where the taste trumps the aroma. A decent sour.

Canned, from Broue Ha Ha, Gatineau. Hazy golden, minimal head. Lactic lemon aroma. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Grain, lemon and sour milk. Low bitterness in a finish with a touch of metal.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma of sour and tart notes with light lactic acid notes. Taste is a mix of tart and sour notes with some lactic acid notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Simple straight forward sour with limited amount of complexity.
