Best before 24/07/2018 with now showing 5.3% ABV. Pours a clean amber colour with a fizzy warm cap that seems to leave quickly, but no. Decides to stay and create decent lace. Aromas of a sour beer with the sourness, earthiness, apples notes with some fruity, spicy specialty grains. The taste has a Brett feel as well, but not lasting at least - showing the apple must with some nice dryness in the finish. The apples really linger on the tongue for quite a while. Gets hazy after second pour. Another winning combination from this brewery.

Effervescence assez vive. Assez de corpulence. Difficilement classable. Un mélange cidre et bière intéressant. C’est bon. Juste bon. Pas extraordinairement bon.

Bottle: Poured a dirty golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of Dry Brett notes with some cider and rum barrel notes also perceptible. Taste is a complex mix of cider with some dry Brett notes with some cider notes, light funk some grainy malt notes and light rum notes are also perceptible. Body is above average with good carbonation. Interesting beer but maybe a tad too many ingredient which creates a flavour clash.

Tasting at Josh’
Hazy golden color, medium head. Nice aroma, both funky and earthy, a bit of fruit. Soft mouthfeel, with light residual sweetness; the flavor is a bit shallow, not much malt, a light salty presence is a nice touch, and it has light acidity.
Very good.

Hazy, a bit of cider on the nose, and a touch of grainy notes. Fizzy, cidery, a bit grainy, quite yeasty, and the finish is pretty cidery.

Bottle - Oak and funky with a touch of acetone and lemon notes. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet, light apple and some dry notes. Not bad.

750mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy dull golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of apples and toasted earthy grains. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart vinous apples and toasted earthy grains. A fairly wild quality to it. Unusual stuff, but I think it works. Nothing amazing, but it's really clean and well-balanced. Dry, wild finish, with no residual sugar.
