Dry smooth mild beginning. Easy to drink with a nice yeasty back. Banana, clove. Round and refreshing with a nice fruity aftertaste.

0.33 l bottle from 'Biervana', best before December 2019. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity aroma of banana, clove, some pear and a touch of gooseberry. Moderately sweet, quite dry, slightly bitter, gently fruity taste of banana, clove, some pear and traces of gooseberry, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, quite dry, spritzy and gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, extremely effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Tasty, quite refreshing for a Weizenbock, unfortunately highly over-carbonated.

Thanks to SinH4! 330 ml. bottle split by two. Golden citrus appearance, collapsing big white head. Nose is sharp banana yeast profile, sweeter end with faint lemongrass, sugar, pepper and echoes of Dupont. Lovely higher carbonation. Flavour is rich banana with sweeter Dupont yeast heritage, sugar, white pepper, combining banana with pepper and sugar with heavy ester drinkability profile, lovely.

Bottle. Funky banana aroma, almost like wild hops. Flavor is a great hoppy banana mix with good malty background for a 7%+ beer, big sweetness, almost Belgian yeast notes. Excellent weissbier!

Bottle shared with the Munich Ratebeer Group at Jonas's house, in Garching, Monday 15th April 2019. A little wheaty from the off and also a tiny hint of sulphur this subsides and wheat and banana take over, this is a lovely beer, really good. Soft and easy drinking in the mouth. Really, really nice, I. think Stefan brought this one along, cheers Stefan, a very good beer indeed
