Bière pression l'hirondelle à Lille. Plutôt sympa, équilibrée, avec une bonne amertume, plus développée que dans la majorité des ambrées, ce qui contre balance le côté caramel, plutôt sympa.

Bottle from De Flore Margiet, Leuven. Malty aroma. Slightly ugly caramel bitter like a cheap british bitter. The beer felt like a mess to me....loads of bItterness, hops, and way more boozy than the percentage would suggest. The messiness had a certain charm but overall, poor.

Bottle, enormous thanks Nino and Casey for sharing! Hazy, slightly darker orange-golden body, creamy, thick off-white head- good retention. Phenol-driven earthy aroma, bit yeasty. Lean taste, again quite yeasty, bit earthy, bit flowery, bit fruity, Solid. Light bitterness near the finish. Not the taste profile I absolutely enjoy, but it's a solid beer.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 25.09.2022, at Stadin Panimobaari, 20210910) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had Belgian style yeast, fruitiness, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, Belgian style yeast, hint of black pepper, malts and quite strong bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, malty and bitter. A pleasant brew with lowish ABV.

Bottle. Nose is dry, spicy, Belgian yeast, slight dough, emergent caramel, hints of bubblegum when agitated, slight bitter hop; complex. Taste opens with a medicinal hop, leading to grains, malt, aniseed, spice , citrus peel, herbal peppery finish. Loved the nose, the bitter medicinal quality wasn't for me.

330ml bottle, online from Etre. Pours clear dark amber with a rocky white head. Aroma: Belgian yeast, caramel, vegetable hints. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate to heavy bitter, grains, caramel, light spicy finish. Medium body with fluffy carbonation. Wasn’t a fan of this, the bitterness was too prominent.
