330ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla acida, velata, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note brettate, di suola di scarpa, formaggio, fieno, frutta gialla. In bocca è leggermente amara e acidula, con finale di erbe amare e radice. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima.

Bottle. Huge head of lacy lasting foam on golden amber, quite clear. Acidic sour fruit aroma, promising for the flavor. Following through on the tongue: fruity tropical hops on a complex bed of Brett. That's a powerful flavor, blends well but not perfectly.

Orange with a creamy white head that lingers. Aroma is a mix of tropical fruits, spice and cleaning agent. Taste is much better, bittersweet trending bitter at the end, dry, with fruity undertones and a bit of tartness at the end. Quite mild Brett profile. Medium body, watery texture—admirable heft though given the abv. Apart from the flawed aroma, another likable one from this brewery.

Bottle. Color: Very hazy golden, whit head. Aroma: Hop, Brett funk, leather, hints of citrus. Taste: Fruity and grassy moderate to medium hopbitterness, light notes of citrus and tropical fruit, combined with pretty strong Brett farmbarn and leather funk. Light sweetness. Pretty dry bitter funky finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Only 4,3% alcohol according to the label. Very tasty, I love the strong effect of the Brett yeast.

Bottle, 3 months old. Cloudy orange, big fluffy head. Dry citruspeel and leather aroma, cheese. Medium light foamy body. Dry earthy, clay, poopy minerallic/blue cheese base. Rural, apples, citrus, corn flakes and parmesan retronaal. Very interesting, the cheese notes put me a bit off though. Addendum: Cheese mostly dissipates after a little while, perfumed notes come to the front.

0.33 l bottle from 'Hopfenrausch', bottled in November 2018. Hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity and fairly funky aroma of sweat, cat piss, pineapple and lemon. Minimally sweet, slightly bitter, very funky, a little sourish and gently fruity taste of lots of sweat, cat piss, lemon and pineapple, followed by a short, gently bitter, a bit tart, fairly funky finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Interesting beer, but it's a bit too much brett for my liking, and there's not that much else.
