Dry, hoppy, light. Easy going. Bit grainy, touch of cream. Good stuff.

Can split at L6, thanks to Fergus, 31/10/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is grassy, orange peel, lemon rind, straw, grains. Taste comprises toasted grains, orange pith, grass, lemon peel, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. A let down considering the brewers involved ... not one to revisit ... just lacks any real hop presence and comes over bland.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Lightly sweet, fairly dry and floral, some crispy pale malts, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, subtly tangy, more lemony notes, bitter peel, straw. So so.

440ml can. Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of light malts, citrusy hops. Taste of pale malts, citrus, lemony, bitter. Light and airy, moderate carbonation. Not bad, unmemorable though.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Opened with a bit of a gush. Poured very lively with a big off white head above a hazy straw colour. Looks like a De La Senne beer, funnily enough. Nose has citrus hop. Mineral. Pale malt. Some peppery yeast. Taste is dry, and light, citrusy bitter. Light, somewhat thin mouthfeel, accentuated by way too much in the way of fizz. Fairly dry, watery finish. Pretty disappointing, given the pedigree of the brewers involved.

Sunday 26th Aug 2018; an evening in Brum. This was on tap in Tilt, misty gold with a white topping. Dry, bitter and citrusy in nature with a yeasty presence throughout, not too sure where the malts went.

Keg @ Tilt during Bank Holiday Brim Bumble August '18. Pours a misty yellow, small white head. Aroma of pale malt, light citrus. Taste is light with lagery pale malt and gentle sweet citric hop. Uncomplicated, straightforward IPL, but just the ticket to break up the sours this evening.
