Clear 500ml bottle from the source, drank in an Air B&B in Worthing on 18th July 2025. Liked it, semi-sweet apples with a bit of attitude, clean and clear, no head.

BIAB at Cider Box, Bristol. Pours light hazed golden with no head. Aroma: sweet apples, caramel. Taste: apples, apple skins, caramel, light tannins. Medium body with low/no carbonation. This was bloody delicious.

500ml bottle from Orchard Explorers. Bright golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, caramel, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, caramel hints, with orchardy farmhouse funk and some drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium funky & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle picked up from Hecks cider barn, Street. Pours a generally clear gold. Aroma has encouraging sweet apple fruit. Taste presents nice fleshy apple fruit, some cigar like woodiness, fuzzy carbonation, soft tannin. A most agreeable traditional Somerset SV cider.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - a bit of a gusher but then calms down quickly. Golden amber. Nose - baked apple and sweet spice. A bit of strudel. Taste - more baked apple, a touch sweeter. Wood and spice. Palate - rich and tangy through start and middle. Good refreshing finish. Overall - very nice.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co Islington, 29/08/2018. Many thanks! A pale yellow coloured pour with a halo of white . Aroma is really odd, burnt plastic, grass, phenolic. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, salty, phneolic, hairspray, little sulphur. Palate si vile, semi sweet, salty, moderate carboantion, . Fucking terrible. Burning cow pat finish.

Bottle split at CBC Holborn, thanks to Daniel, 29/08/18. Clear golden blonde with a decent enough egg shell white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is eggy, sulphuric, the cider equivalent of Burton Snatch ... Taunton Minge? Taste improves with bitter apples, straw, light funk, grass. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so ... the minge really let's this one down !

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dan? Pours clear yellow-gold with a small foamy head. Sweet but also minerality and sweaty. Somewhat sugary. Medium bodied, poly, with no carbonation. Sweet finish, some pale bread, sugary ripe apples. A bit heavy handed. OK.
