Bottle from Corks of North St, Bristol. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Cap popped with a bang, small amount climbed out. Very spritzy pour, soft & mellow sweet pears, just a smidge of tartness & very light tannins. Hints of funk. Superb

330ml bottle. Pale gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of pears, fruity, floral. Taste is perry pear, fruity, fleshy, alittle core, flowery, with a slight caramel-like note and bitter tannic hints. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Danke an minutemat. Süß birniger Beginn. Der trockene Hintergrund dämpft die Süße ab, rund fruchtig. Pelziges Mundgefühl, hohe Süffigkeit, mittellanger Abgang. Erfrischend. 7/12/11/10/8/10

Bottle. Little Leeds Beer House. Really pale green. No head. Looks like healthy wee. Nose has baked pear. Pear stalk and core. Exhaust fumes. Taste has fruity sweetness. A tad dry and phenolic. Light body. Low carbonation. Juicy pear on the finish. Beautiful expression of fermented pear juice.

Bottle shared at Leightons place. Many thanks to Leighton. A petrol clear coloured pour with a fine white fizz. Aroma is sweet, candied pear, alcohol. Hint of vanilla. Flavour is composed of light white sugars, pear, apple,. Decent. Palate is medium sweet, fine carbonation. Decent clean Perry.

Bottle big thanks to LKS. It pours clear very pale straw yellow with a dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, tangy, floral, oily, stewed pear, light sherbet and tang. The taste is crisp, dry, soft, sweet - slightly sour, sweetish pear, tangy, sugared almonds, apple tango, slight sourness and touch of alcohol with a soft, fruity finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fine, but not up to their top gear.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a few bubbles on top. Lovely stuff, moderate sweetness, lightly tart pear, nips of lemon and sweat. Light bodied and a little spritzy. Fairly well balanced in the finish, more tart pear, yellow delicious, touches of honey. Super drinkable.

330ml bottle from Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is fresh, fruity, elegant perry fruit that shines out the glass. Taste is clean, balanced, fresh, vibrant perry pear fruit, medium sweet, distant core and skins, low bitterness. Good glowing perry pear, extremely refined. Very very good perry.
