Bottle at home, whilst prodding the BBQ, 23rd June 19. Pours a clear orange. Aroma is yeast and wet wood. Taste is clean, fresh, woody, yeasty, spuce, herbal. Really liked this.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (23092018) - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity and light herbal and grassy, with some notes of lemon and straw, notes of yeast, touch of citrus spice, medium to light body, tad herbal and grassy hoppy into the close.

22nd Oct 2018, Shrewsbury Beer Sharing Group meeting. 330ml bottle. hazy golden body, huge white crown. Yeasty farmyard aroma and taste, another Rainbow Project beer I haven't enjoyed!

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie. Pours misty gold, small white head. Floral sour farmyard nose. Taste is woody, prickly sour, interesting lemon citrus, floral herbal notes. Interesting wild saison.

Bottle split at Partizan, Bermondsey, 08/09/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap Nose carries light floral notes, straw, grass, herb. Taste comprises orange pith, grassy bite, lime, lemon, herb, toasted grains, light yeast esters, spruce,damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness and a herbal twang. Decent enough saison.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Tips. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Prominent saison yeast, wheat bread, dough, ripe citrus, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a little grassy bitterness, more Belgian yeast, straw, crackery wheat. Not bad.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Tips. Clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, lightly sweet. Touch of herby saison yeast. Mild floralness. Tangy citrus. Mild spice. Dry finish. Tidy saison.

Bottle from Honest Brew and part of the 2018 Rainbow Project. Slight hazy on the golden saison with a thin white head. Aroma piney and wood light floral. Taste light dry. Medium body.
