28/I/16 - 33cl bottle from the brewery @ ElManana's place - bottled: 25/IX/15, BB: 25/I/16 (2016-76) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale yellow beer, aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit funky, sourish, grains, malts, cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: bitter touch, malty, fruityt ouch, little funky. Aftertaste: bit grassy, hops, slightly sour. Weird, not my thing. And how is this a "Belgian Ale"?

Bottle from the brewery, shared at the parents, Streatham, London (28/11/2015) – golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is lemon fruity, with some grassy and floral hoppy notes, straw, hay, light easy going brew.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma holds lemon peel, grass, slight plastic, dry wheat, yeast. Light sweet flavor with mild dry dough, wheat, sourdough bread, very mild lemony tang, some dirty hay, bitter grass, husky grain. Light bodied with average carbonation. Relaxed finish with mellow dry doughy sweetness, more grass, a little black pepper, damp hay, lemon peel. Quite restrained, almost - at times - verging on bland. Overall, though, it’s a quaffable low ABV sessioner.

Beer from the brewery and drunk at home. Very pale gold slight haze lasting white head. Funky saison aroma. Lemon and sour. It’s a funky lemon sour light beer. It’s fine. Just a little light in everything. Some decent hop on the finish.. Bit of tangerine even. Touch of soap.

Light haze on this paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry and has fine minerally crispness. Light thin malts, not much sweetness. Light lemony hops. Not too much else to say here. Light finish. It’s clean, refreshing and drinkable.
