Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear pale yellow - gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, perfumed, pear drops, melon, apple, melon, icing sugar, white bread abs sponge cake. The taste is bitter - sweet, fairly crisp, some dryness, icing sugar, sugared almonds, estery fruits, pear, apple, melon, cereal, hay, touch of toffee, dry wood, punchy alcohol slap, sponge cake, light spice and some honey vibes. Finish is dry and boozey. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent enough, maybe lacks a touch of depth, but it gives you a good booooosssst.

Bottle. Nose is malty, caramel, yeasty hint of almond, fruity, spice. Taste is marzipan, almond, caramel, toffee apple, peach boiled sweets, banana, candy sugar, leading to a spicy apply finish with a peppery alcohol burr. It's too sweet and has limited depth but I enjoyed it all the same.

Bottle, two years past the BBD. Pours nearly clear light amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of Belgian yeast, malt and fruit, with touches of yeast. Dusty flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and dry and citric touches. Bitter, slightly peppery aftertaste with fruity and dusty notes and touches of malt. A nice one, definitely not damaged by the ravages of time.

Bottle, 10%. Gusher. Very caramelly aroma, hint of funk and Brett. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is Bretty and caramelly. Tastes all right, but I am not sure the Brett is intended.

33cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Bierridder and Tderoeck.
BB 09/02/2019 - big gushed alert.
Passable.
