The Brewers Bridge is the result of a collaboration with the famous Brewery Allagash (Portland, USA).
We combined our traditional brewing techniques with the hop and innovative brewing techniques of Brewery Allagash.
Brewers Bridge is a “saison » type of beer, very fresh, fruity dominated by citrus.
The phenolic notes, so typical for the Dupont beers, are certainly there.
While degustating, you will find bitterness, lemon and grapefruit ending up in a dry finish, what gives the beer its thirst quenching character.

Lovely stuff. Totally DuPont. Creamy fruity. But with some tartness too.

Saison DuPont x Allagash Brewer’s Bridge 6.1% Golden brew that pours with a dense pillowy bright white head that rises over the rim of the glass. Dusty wheat, spice and fragrant saison notes. Medium bodied with chewy texture, spicy saison and wheat notes up front, a touch of Brett and herbal bitterness in the finish. Two masters of Belgian styles made an exemplary saison. Really spot on. Price roughly 650-700¥ at CBB.

The Aromas are lots of pale malt, spice and a little yeast. Some candy sugar in there too. Flavors are dry, with a little earthy and okay bitterness. Drinkable. Good body and finish. Decent for the style.

Sampled in between ratebeer and brewer, so didn't take much specific notes. the beer closely resembles a saison dupont, but with a tad more fruity hops, I guess. Still very characteristically Belgian, and a great beer to drink.

Bottle from Beer Zoo. It pours hazy golden - orange with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is cracker malts, doughy bread, sponge cake, cereal, nougat, touch of gooey marshmallow, estery fruits and spice. The taste is firmly dry, crisp, some bitterness, earthy, straw, peppery spice, grassy, lemongrass, floury bread, twist of citrus, nougat, marshmallow, funk, estery pear vibes, melon and touch if grape with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice and dry. Quenching and moreish. Rather nice.

Keg at MK Bethnal Green, 22/08/19. Light hazed on a yellow golden pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is grassy, yeast esters, straw, lemon rind, damp wood. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, light white peppery spice, yeast esters, lemon twang, grass, herbal notes, farmyard esters, stale breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok saison but not coming close to the score for me that it's attracted on RB thus far.
