The Brewers Bridge is the result of a collaboration with the famous Brewery Allagash (Portland, USA).
We combined our traditional brewing techniques with the hop and innovative brewing techniques of Brewery Allagash.
Brewers Bridge is a “saison » type of beer, very fresh, fruity dominated by citrus.
The phenolic notes, so typical for the Dupont beers, are certainly there.
While degustating, you will find bitterness, lemon and grapefruit ending up in a dry finish, what gives the beer its thirst quenching character.

Bottle: Poured a gold color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with nice bready and yeasty ester is quite enticing. Taste is also a great mix of rustic malt with some bready and yeasty notes, light residual sugar with a dry finish. Body is about average with great carbonation. Fantastic saison that we unfortunately don’t see brewed enough.

It's a decent but unremarkable saison. Floral aroma. Taste is floral too, with zesty hops too. Very pleasant.

Hazy orange colour, medium-sized white head. Aroma has hay, some spices, milkyness. Medium-bodied. Spices, some banana, citrusy hops in the flavour. Kind of Belgian IPA.

Oh yes. that is rather a delicious saison. peach and apricot fruit. just ridiculous with the fruit and it's clean and dirty at the same time. good hoppy finish. ticks all my saison boxes. excellent

Bottle. Hazy gold with a large white head that lasts pretty well and laces extravagantly. Aroma of spiced crackery dough, Meyer lemons. Light bodied, high carbonation. Dry with crackery dough, citrus and nectarines before spices (coriander, white pepper, cloves) really take over towards the very dry and fairly bitter finish. I found the spices a bit brusque at first but was happier as it warmed a little.
