A sizable fluffy white head with sustained lacing on a lemon/straw body. The nose punches above its weight, featuring big fruity hops - grapefruit rind, orange and lemon - along with grassiness and some spice. A very fresh, popping hop presence leads the way in the taste profile. Grapefruit, orange, lemon, kiwi fruit and grass with a nice underlay of pine resin. A beautiful combo. High moderate carbonation and chewy sweet malt add to a great taste experience.

Keg at Gainsbourg, Gatineau. Almost clear deep golden, firm creamy head. Elderflowers meet champagne, lychee and marzipan up front. Mid dry with medium body and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Gooseberry, apricots and citrus builds up to a mid bitter finish. Excellent!

Pours a mild hazy, light bright golden colour, with a frothy white head, good retention and thick foamy lacing. Beautiful, fresh citrus zest with some nice Belgian Ale yeast. Seems like the lime zest helps the orange one being balanced. The loads of fruits, mostly citrus are also in the taste, but not too bitter and not too dry. The fruit lingers on the tongue, but quite refreshing overall. This is an expensive bottle, but really worth it. A great, fresh, fruity IPA.

Draught: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a nice large foamy head. Aroma of Sauvignon with light funky notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by light funky notes with clear notes of Sauvignon with a dry floral finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. The hops profile could have been exploited a bit more but still a very enjoyable beer.

Palette complexe. Texture légèrement corpulente. Belle surprise.
