Medium bodied double with a refreshing carbonation and a zesty, fruity nose. This is a Belgian double IPA that hasn’t gone overboard on \"the Belgian\". Prominent grapefruit and orange rind hops with a hint of floral elements, which BTP seems to be good at. Enough bready malt to balance the hops and the hint of Belgian yeast. A really tasty and refreshing beer!

Keg at Sir John A, Ottawa. Murky pale amber, creamy head. Marmelade and marzipan up front. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Marzipan, citrus and syrup. Somewhat resiny finish. More heavy than hop aromatic.

Thanks to my friend Andre for this one from the brewery. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a beige cap that does not stay long and leaves a little lacing. Grassy nose with the Belgian yeast giving out farm notes (in a good way). You can taste more this Belgian Ale yeast, covering the grassy hops. Alcohol is well-hidden. Bubblegum hints in the finish. Pretty nice overall.

On tap at Bar Volo, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, resinous hops and pine. Flavour is a very nice hybrid of Belgian and American IPA, with Belgian yeast and piney hops. Super smooth and well-balanced, finishing dry and piney. Excellent stuff.

Nice, understated dipa. Pours cloudy orange with good head and lacing. Soft carbonation. Good mix of citrus and some kinds of tropical fruit. Hops profile overtakes the Belgian yeast here. Bitter finish. Tap at brewery.

A hazed amber IPA with a thick frothy and lacing mocha head. In aroma, pleasant grassy and fruity malt with floral hops and Belgian yeasts, bready and perfumy. In mouth, a smooth breay and fruity malt with sweet oranges and floral hops, very smooth and delicious. 1L growler from brewery.

Tap: Poured a hazy dirty golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of grassy and floral hops with light sweet notes is quite interesting and refreshing. Taste is also dominated by lots of grassy hops notes with some floral undertones and some fruity ester. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I love those Belgian IPA and this one did not disappoint.
