Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy yellow with thick white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and light funk. Thin body, melon, funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver
Cloudy blond color, small head. Fantastic aroma, fresh, fruity, tropical, sour, hint of cobwebs. Dry mouthfeel, mild funky yeast, lemon zest, bergamot, and passion fruit juice, moderately bitter too.
A rare example of complexity and elegance. Wonderful.

Tap @Manhattan Pizza. Pours very hazy golden, small white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is tropical, passionfruit, mango, guava, hints of grass. Flavor is light tart, super juicy and tropical. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. I don’t say this often with a beer, but this is lovely.

On tap. Pours a hazy straw color with moderate head. Aromas of herbal wheat and melons. Flavors of tart lemons, and wheat with a bit of green grapes. Clean, crushable and nice, but over rated.

Quick share of 750ml bottle at Alex’s. Pours a hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma is fermented veggies, hops. Taste is sour, slightly hoppy, passionfruit notes. Refreshing, not so hopped as Amarillo version (which is good), very nice.

Bottle: Poured a clear blonde color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light floral hoppy notes. Taste is mostly dominated by light tart notes with some mineral notes and light dry floral hoppy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not as hoppy as I was expecting but well enjoyable nonetheless.
