Caña en el lupulo Oviedo 04..02..2017. Color ámbar amarillento velado con espuma blanca. Sour con toques herbaceos frescos verdes con ligeros ácidos y maltas con cereales que le dan algo de dulzor. Cuerpo ligero facil de beber con algo de espuma. Buena refrescante.

Bottle sample @ Vini Birre Ribelli ’16 shared with 77ship and Tderoeck. Dorée, col léger blanc. Bière alternant entre un spontané et brett sans tomber dans l’over aigre à l’américaine. Touche aigre tout le long mais avec un bel accord citronné, agrumes et une impression de houblonnage à cru arrivant sur la fin. Caractère de barrique est subtil ajoutant une impression de sécheresse boisée.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje & tderoeck! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Vini Birre Ribelli 2016. Milky citrus golden with no head. Nose is milky & lactic sour lemon, acidic, faint vinegar, overall big lactic lemon. Taste is basic sour lemon, zest, milky lactic lemon, faint fruits, lactic white grape, pretty simple but fun taste. Body is basic sour, thick lactic feel. Pretty good, expect a touch more but still very fine beer.

Clear pale milky yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: bit funky, wild, fruity, resinous. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, very fruity, citric, lemon juice, hint of tropical fruits, also some vinegar which is not so nice.

On tap at Moon Under Water, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruity hops, lots of wild bacteria, light floral esters, and dry, wild notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of wild yeast, some light funk, tropical fruity hops from the mosaic, and floral notes. Dry finish, that is fruity and hoppy. Excellent.

Bouteille 750ml au Bières et Saveurs 2016. Couleur paille dorée voilée, mousse blanche. Arôme un peu sauvages, malt, floral. Goût de malt, citron, houblon résineux, bonne acidité, amertume moyenne-faible, zeste de pomélo, pamplemousse. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

A hazed blonde sour ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very citrusy. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light tropical fruits, light lemony notes, kiwi, oily mouth feel, almost creamy, very nice and pleasing. Bottle at IBU 2016.

A cloudy straw gold with a great hoppy mozaic bouquet. Very zesty lively carbonation with a dry finish. Tart mango lemon and wheat flavor makes for a delicious easy drinking brew.
