Old rating from 2011 - 330ml bottle found & brought back from Jordan. My first non alcohol 'so called' beer, pours clear golden with a tiny head. Aromas & tastes of rich malt, grass, grain & syrup. Light to moderate body. Sweet dry finish. Summary - pretty poor & verging on undrinkable.

At supermarket in Amman. Pours clear, pale golden, topped with medium small white head, not lasting. Wet grains, wet cardboard aroma, syrupy corn nose. Medium sweet malty start with some sparkly character. A hint of soury citrus perhaps. Watery body. It is what it is. Could be worse, I guess.

Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, sweet, unfermented grains. Sweet malty flavour. Sweet malty finish, malt sugars.

330 ml. bottle sampled thanks to tderoeck! Wauw, a Premium Non-Alcoholic Malt Beverage from Saudi-Arabia. This one looks promising. Bottle states 15/12/15 so it might be expired on top even. Pours an extremely pale golden. Nose is massive oxidized syrupy, rubbish, it nauseatingly candy & vegetable-almost sweet in the worst way. Taste is same nauseating cloying oxidized, oily disgusting sweet candy-like rubbish in the worst way imaginable, I can see the potential appearl of this Premium Non-Alcoholic Malt Beverage but for me it is weird, cloying & nauseating in the worst way possible, there is also oxidation going on top here. Oily, artificially cloying, this is far to chemical. Surely soft drinks are preferable to this concoction, I rated the previous beer higher after trying this one because I realized that there is clearly even worse stuff out there.

Cannette 33cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck. Not worth 72 virgins. Dorée, pas de col. Arôme est savonneux, eau de source, rétro fin de malt. Palais grains, soda pop axé sur un côté très léger, eau de source, cara fin avec un résiduel sucré moyen.

9/IV/16 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ home - BB: 15/XII/15 (2016-328) Thanks to Bart and Jolien for the bottle!
Clear weird copper orange to copper pink beer, practically no head? Aroma: malty, sweet, grains, cooked corn, wort. MF: soft carbon, light body. Taste: sweet start, some malt, bit weird. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, pretty metallic, corn, meh.

A clear deep golden pour with a white head. Not that bad aroma for an na beer. Bready and somw wort. Off course a bit light body. Decent sweetness and an ok carbonation. Bready, malty and mild fruity. Absolutely a decent na beer.

33cl bottle shared by Cunningham - thanks a lot! Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Sweet and grainy with some metallic notes. Lightbodied and fairly watery, but drinkable enough. A light bitterness and hints of acidity is present. Have had worse stuff. Quite okay in it’s own way. --- Beer merged from original tick of Bario Classic on 07 May 2015 at 20:51 - Score: 3
