33 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing white head. Light acidic aroma and mild caramel malty note. Flavour is sweet and malty, quite malty actually. Slight woody and brett note. Very controlled. nicely finish with a light sulphorish note. Nice.

Bottled (BB 04/2009)
Hazy amber color, small creamy off-white head. Cereal malty, a bit grainy and alcoholic with hints of nutty licorice. Anis licorice flavor with typical Belgian yeasty notes. Fizzy, alcohol in the finish. A bit too thin palate to be really good.

75cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Clear amber with lasting beige head. Cereal aroma, a rather lovely Belgian ale with good malt/yeast/hop balance. Plenty of grain and a dry dessicating finish. Rather good, especially the mouthfeel and the hoppy dry finish.

Bottled. Amber colour with big white foamy head, leaves good lace. Aroma is yeasty, caramel malts, quite fruity and also has a slight burnt sugar touch to it. Flavour is sour fruits (close to acidic), with some caramel malts and yeast in it. Alcohol shows up as a slight warming feeling while drinking it.

Bottle: Poured an amber color with a creamy off white head. The aroma is slightly floral, hops, and caramel. At first it was sour/bitter with a fruit and metallic flavor, but it finished dry.
