Bottle from a local supermarket. Modest hoppy aroma with grainy malt, candied fruity notes, some sweet orange, caramel, touch of pine. Flavour is sweetish and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Only mildly hoppy as expected from big beer, but scrub IPA from the label and it's a pretty decent beer.

On tap at random bar. Slightly hazy orange colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, marmalade, and fruits. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Slightly underwhelming.

Bottle 30 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with an off-white head. Subtle fruity nose, but not exactly hop aromatic. Light body, smooth on the palate, dry and fruity with a light bitterness. Just a step above an English Pale Ale. 011222

[33cl can from Kiosk at Amsterdam Centraal] A hazy amber pour with a thin white head; orange aroma; spicy orange taste; and a pithy bitterness to finish. Not bad.

Blik 33cl thuis. Vrij bitter, fruitig, vrij harsig, hoppig, licht maltig, grapefruit, citrus. Geen NEIPA. (14-5-2022).

Bottle, 5.5%. Fruity aroma, orange peel, hint of soap. Hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is faintly caramelly, fresh paper, spicy touch - nutmeg or something. Good clean bitterness. Not bad for a macro.

Bottle from Albert Heijn. Hazy dark orange, thin, off-white head. Aroma of old mango, orange, apricot, marmalade, honey. Taste has sweet orange & mango over honey-like maltiness, spicy & grainy edge. Floral & slightly grassy hoppy finish, bitter citrus peel, bit soapy. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Crudely made, but not terrible; you could just treat is as a simple Pale Ale.

0.33 l can from 'Albert Heijn' (Oostburg), best before March 2022. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, a little resiny aroma of orange jam, mango and hints of pine. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and a little resiny taste und orange jam, mango and light pine, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Pale Ale.
