Bouteille 75cl @ BXLBeerFest’24.

Bottle, 750 ml, courtesy of kasjer27. Shared with him and Miro B. Cloudy golden. Nice apples, some funk, some wooden notes, apple skins. Sweet and somewhat dry.

Bottle at Ratebeer tasting at Daves, Unterhaching, München, Friday 4th February 2022. Pours hazy light gold with a fast disappearing white head, lovely sweet dessert appleyness. Great aroma. A little damp wood, almost musty, nice soft moutheel. Lovely tanginess.

Bottle, 750ml. Light gold, small head, tiny bit of haze. Crazy funky nose from natural fermentation, lightly rubbery but in a good way (is that possible?). Flavor is really crazy, remaining sugars which is very hard, the aftertaste is filled with fresh apple flavor, it's amazing how well it's preserved. Definitely a bit of funkiness, really adding to the overall flavor and complexity. An amazing cider.

2020 bottle. Unclear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is ripe apples, but also minerals, leather, nice barn. Taste is sweetish red apples upfront, impressively juicy, then barn and minerals, but not aggressively so, quite dry finish. Champenois carbonation. Lovely stuff, as expected from Antoine Marois!

Bottle from Borger Bottles. Pours cleat blonde. Much visible carbonation. Scent is intense, appleskin fills the room. Tad mineral as well. Taste is full, skins, tad sweetness in the back as well. Very aromatic apples. turns very fruitfleshy. High intensity, but also strongly carbonated ( bit too much to my personal preference ). Nice cider nevertheless, just perhaps not worth it's price ( €18.90 / 75 cl in a boutique shop )
