Bottle @ RBBSG, 2014. From Deliciouslydifferent. Clear red colour, white foam. Sour nose with citric notes. Some fruitiness but a bit onedimensional. Nevertheless easy drinkable and refreshing. Good!

Bouteille 33cl @ RBBSG III, courtesy of Jeff. BB 12/2015. To plum or not to plum? when comparing this with a Tilquin Quetsche, well, there ain’t much to say about this one.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to JefVerstraete! Pours like a pink lemonade with little in the way of head. Smell & taste is very lactic, spoiled yoghurt, raspberry seeds, sour plus, quite acidic, puckering and fizzy. Seems only partially intentional & this is also a bit lemonade-like.

5/VII/14 - 33cl bottle @ RBBSG III (Gent) - BB: XII/2016 (2014-715) Thanks to JefVerstraete for sharing the bottle!
Little cloudy bright red beer, small aery white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, some chlorine. MF: soft carbon, sour plums, citrus, refreshing, nice! Aftertaste: more sour plums, fruity, bit of a nasty sourness as well, seems to have an air of infection.

Sampled @ RBBSG III. Kind of fluorescent dark pink color, virtually no head. Fruityness, sourness, red fruit, slightly vinous. Decent body and carbonation. Quite like it. [7-3-8-3-15] -- Re-rate August 2014: Bottle shared by EdKing. Clear pinkish color, small off-white head. Smell and taste sourishness, raspberry, red fruits. Decent body and carbonation. [7-3-8-4-15]

Bottle at Dukes B&Q, no mention of plum on the bottle so have rated here until someone decides otherwise though I suspect this is the Plum & Damson entry, 24/05/14. Clear crimson with little in the way of a head. Nose is tarte berries, damson, light smoke, soured plum, straw. Taste comprises tarte plum skins, damp cloth, damsonberry, light acidity, subtle dank wood rinse. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp close with light puckerings. Solid enough sour.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; light burgundy red pour with a quickly disappearing pink head, red berry aroma, taste has lip puckering sourness along with some dryness, tart red fruit probably damson. --- Beer merged from original tick of Back Field Damson on 01 Nov 2013 at 19:01 - Score: 8. Original review text: With more damsons

Bottle. It pours bright red with a quickly dissipating head. The nose is fresh, fruity, sour cherry, lactic acid, earth and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sour cherry, plum, sherbet, some acidity, lactic, minerals and a touch of barnyard with a dry finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, tart and fruity. A very approachable and rather drinkable sour.

Well and Bucket. Bottle. Eventually, no thanks to the terrible barmaid. Lightly hazy peachy - gold beer. No real head. Palate is light and dry and mildly crisp. Fine carbonation. It’s tart without ever getting puckery. Sour cherries and plums and a touch of lemon. Little sherbet before a dry finish. All right.
