30/VII/21 - 75cl bottle @ Lovulum Tasting in the pouring rain, BB: 9/XI/20 (2021-705) Thanks to Meeki for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy orange beer, small creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, very fruity, some caramel, dried fruits, lambic notes, nice brett, funky, wood notes, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good acidic start, bit lemony, brett, good stuff, fruity. Aftertaste: more fruity notes, dry, nice acidity, lemony, a bit of tannins, bitter finish, nice one!

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Stas & Vova. Cloudy yellow. Barnyard, fruity, juicy, some flowers, sour, yeast, earth, cobwebs, cellar, bitter finish. Very nice.

Cloudy orange-ish, small white head. Citric, slightly acetic aroma. Sour oranges. Flavour has tart citrus, sour oranges. Finishes slightly yoghurty, slightly rough.

75 cl-flaska delad på Beer-Ditch stora Brekerietprovning med bröderna Ek. Smak och doft av äpple, citrus, hö, ekfat och funk. Friskt, fin syrlighet med sträv citrusbeska. Gott! Första torrhumlade ölet från Brekeriet.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 8 Oct 2016) Hazy golden colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, green grapes and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, lemon, funky yeast, barnyard, green apples, grapes and a dry and tart finish with a gentle earthy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

75 cl-flaska delad på Beerditch stora Brekerietprovning med bröderna Ek. Första torrhumlade skapelsen från Brekeriet, ganska höig och lite blommig men kanske väl trött humle som ändå spelar bra med ölet. Fin frisk syrlig och funkig, lite mer beska än vanligt. Riktigt gott.

Bottle at RBESG 2016 Grand Tasting Part 2, Brew Pub Le Sec. Hazy light orange blond with a white head. Aroma of tart fruits, lemon, citrus, light wood notes, light hops. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [10-07-2016]

10th July 2016: shared bottle at the RBESG Grand Tasting 2nd Sitting. Slight haze to the golden pour, weak and thin white (ish) head. True sour: acidic, tart and farmyard esters throughout; citric flavours abound, vinous yet with an mild hidden sweetness in the background. Not my sort of thing.
