Cask at GBBF. Hazy gold beer. Medium dry soft palate. Sour but not overwhelmingly so. Tempered lemon. Pleasantly tart and refreshing if a bit watery in the finish.

At GBBF 2009. Gold, slight haze. Lambicky sour lemon aroma. Fairly restrained, bit soapy, bit lemony. It’s good, but fades a bit. Bit of biscuit even.

Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of sour grapes and grapefruit. Rather light body, with a dry, tart finish. Tasty and nice with a refreshing, tart sourness.
