Imperial Sweet Stout avec lactose, café Cielito Lindo, noisettes, noix de coco et vanille du Madagascar.
Nous l’avons infusé de plusieurs dizaines de kilos de noisettes, de noix de coco et de vanille du Madagascar. En plus, nous avons ajouté une dernière touche finale en incorporant du café biologique Cielito Lindo de la région de Santa Barbara au Honduras qui a été torréfié sur mesure par Bridgehead Coffeehouse.

Bottle from Ambasada, brought by kajser, shared with a buncha Duel Pokal people who invested into it... 30€... damn. Anyway. Black body, no head. Lovely, pleasant aroma of cocoa and coconut really. Coconut all over the place in the taste, chocolate, light coffee, vanilla, smooth, liqueurish. Too much coconut to be fair, but quite impressive overall!

Bottle at Oakes' Manor
Black colour. Sweet chocolate, rich, with many mellow elements (vanilla and delicate coconut), light nutty feeling; very creamy finish, almost viscous too; for an Imperial Stout, don't expect much of the roast though; the coconut is particularly evident in the aroma; very sweet finish.

750mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted hazelnuts, vanilla and cocoa. Flavour is intensely rich, with loads of toasted hazelnuts and intense coconut, followed by gentle lactose and vanilla. The hazelnuts and coconut mix together beautiful. Sweet but not cloying — the hazelnuts temper the sweetness. Lovely.

Had at the brewery on tap. Pours a very dark brown colour with a mocha-coloured creamy head, average retention, spotted lacing with a nice thin coat over the brew, and ring. Beautiful sweet chocolate nose, but not as sweet as others I have had here. Cocoa, coconut and vanilla all very well-blended. The coffee is kind of lost behind all this richness, which is not a problem. A nice dessert mouth with the sweet chocolate, nuttiness, vanilla... and this is where the coffee shows up. It lingers nicely on the tongue, with the bitterness. Kind of a creamy mouthfeel with a touch of tart. Another great Imperial Stout from this brewery, with a milder dessert touch than their others of this style. Still fully balanced. Wow !

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with white chunks of coconut also perceptible. Aroma of liquid fudge made with high-quality chocolate and coconut with subtle notes of vanilla also noticeable. Taste is a good mix of liquid fudge, great chocolate notes with loads of coconut and vanilla and quite a bit of residual sugar notes. Body is full with creamy texture and good carbonation. Greta pastry stout with surprisingly good balance.

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light coconut oil, vanilla extract, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of coconut, vanilla and tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.
